- Complete a 100% water exchange, or if a partial cleanout is due, only a 25% water exchange.

- Clean skimmer net and filter media at the skimmer.
- Inspect the check valve.
- Check lights and transformer.
- Trim plants and haul off debris.
- Administer beneficial bacteria and other water treatments.
- Check liner edges in stream, pond, and basin.
- Test water quality, including salt, ammonia, and pH levels.
- Visually inspect fish closely for health issues.
- Check auto flow valve and adjust if needed.
- Check receptacle for GFI.
